About me
Of all the virtues of journalism, its role as a watchdog holding the powerful accountable has always been compelling to me. I find the most fulfillment when my reporting sheds light on something that people would not have known otherwise or forces newsmakers to act honestly and with integrity.
Outside of work, I like to read (Virginia Woolf and Susan Sontag have been the latest obsessions), collect stuffed chickens and organize an ever-growing assortment of neckties. I can often be found cuddled up at home with a good TV show or out with friends.
